Getting started
How do I create an account?
Click "Get started" on the homepage and fill in your details. You'll choose whether to join as a shipper (business that needs delivery) or a provider (courier / rider). You can operate as both from a single account.
What verification is required?
Basic accounts require a valid email and phone number. Business accounts may be asked to provide additional verification documents to unlock higher wallet limits and advanced features.
Shippers — booking deliveries
How do I book a delivery?
Sign in and go to Shipments → New delivery. Enter the pickup address, drop-off address, package details, and contact information. Review the fee, confirm, and a nearby partner will be dispatched automatically.
How is the delivery fee calculated?
Fees are either fixed (set by the matched provider's rate card) or distance-calculated based on the route and delivery scope (local, intrastate, interstate, or international). The final amount is shown before you confirm the booking.
How do I top up my wallet?
Go to Wallet in your dashboard and follow the instructions to add funds. Your wallet balance is used to pay for all deliveries.
Can I cancel a delivery?
You can cancel a delivery before a provider accepts the job for a full wallet refund. After a provider accepts, cancellation fees may apply — these are shown in the cancellation policy at booking.
How do I track a shipment?
Open the shipment from your Shipments dashboard. You'll see the live status timeline and, once a provider is en route, their real-time location on the map.
Providers — fulfilling jobs
How do I start receiving jobs?
Complete your partner profile and go online from your dashboard. The platform will automatically match you with nearby delivery jobs based on your location.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are credited to your partner wallet when a delivery is confirmed complete. You can view your transaction history and request payouts from the Wallet section of your dashboard.
Can I run a courier business with multiple riders?
Yes. Choose the "Business" partner profile type during onboarding to manage multiple riders under one courier business account.
API & integrations
How do I access the API?
API credentials are available from the API section of your dashboard after your account is verified. See the full API documentation linked in your dashboard for endpoint references and code examples.
Are there rate limits?
Yes. Default rate limits are documented in the API reference. If your integration requires higher limits, contact us at support.
Account & billing
How do I add team members?
Go to Members in your dashboard to invite team members and assign them roles with appropriate permissions.
How do I close my account?
You can request account deletion from Account Settings. Any outstanding wallet balance will be settled before the account is closed. Transaction records may be retained as required by law.
